It’s easy to look at what’s going on across the globe and throw up our hands and write off 2020 as a disaster. While many were content accepting their losses, I personally was able to make gains in realizing my true gift and passion. Look back on this year and find where the obstacles put in your path, might actually be the opportunity you need to grow.

With so many of us being put into different work situations where we may be sitting for long periods of time, our bodies tend to respond accordingly. When sitting, certain muscles get shortened, and over longer periods of time can remain in that shortened state. This in turn causes imbalances, and can lead to discomfort in different parts of our body, specifically our back. Check out this video for a simple stretch to help decrease some of that discomfort.
